How we work
Fixed scope, a real deadline, something you can hold
Fixed scope, a delivery window we hold to, and a deliverable you can hold at the end of every service. This page is what you can expect from ordering to reporting.

From order to delivery
Fixed scope, a delivery window that starts when we have access, and something you can hold at the end of every service.
See the stepsFifteen minutes, no pitch
Tell us the market and the problem. We will tell you which service to buy first, even when it is the cheapest one on the site.
Five steps, no surprises
The same sequence for a $149 report and for the $15,000 programme. Only the length of step three changes.
You order or you book a call
Individual services are bought on the page. The two programmes and the retainers start with a fifteen-minute call, because both need us to check the market is one we can win.
Intake, the same day
A short form specific to what you bought: domain, profile access, target cities, and whatever else that particular service needs. Nothing generic.
The clock starts when we have access
Every delivery window on this site counts from the moment we can log in, not from the moment you paid. If access is delayed we tell you the new date.
You get the deliverable, in writing
Every service on this site ends with something you can hold: a report, a URL list, a live page, a dashboard, a working automation.
Thirty days later, the number
Where we can measure it, we measure it and send it to you whether it moved or not.
Who does it
Founder-led. The person who scoped your project is the person who works on it, and there is no account manager between you and the work. Support runs in English and Spanish.
See the catalogueNothing invented
No fabricated reviews, no invented aggregate ratings in schema, and no review gating. Every one of those lands as a suspension or an FTC problem on your business, not on ours.
No link networks
No private blog networks and no auto-generated link networks. Placements happen on real sites with real traffic, or they do not happen.
Your real business name
No keyword-stuffed business names on your Google profile. It is the single fastest way to get the listing you depend on taken down.
Nothing recurring by default
Nothing on this site auto-renews into a retainer. If you buy one service you have bought one service.
The questions contractors actually ask
Answered straight, including the ones where the answer is no.
What happens if you miss a delivery window?
We tell you before the deadline, not after, and you can take a refund if the delay is on us. It is in the guarantee for a reason.
Who actually does the work?
The founder scopes and runs it. Some execution is delegated, none of the thinking is, and nothing gets shipped to you that has not been reviewed.
How much of my time does this take?
Access on day one, roughly half an hour. After that, a review of the deliverable. Services that need job photos or a decision on slot rules need a bit more, and the page for that service says so.
Do you work with contractors outside the US?
No. Everything here is built for the US market, from the directory set to the redressal process to the compliance rules.
Can we cancel a recurring service?
One email, effective at the end of the current month. No notice period, no cancellation fee, no retention call.
Do you sign NDAs?
Yes, and we will not publish your results as a case study without written permission, even when the contract includes a case-study clause.
