Review Generation for HVAC Contractors
Your customers would leave a review. Nobody is asking them
Review velocity and recency are top-three Map Pack factors, and review count is the first thing a homeowner compares between two contractors. This asks every customer, automatically, the moment the job is done.
- Ask fires on job completion, with two reminders
- Unhappy customers routed to the owner before they reach Google
- Target of 8 to 15 new reviews a month for a three-truck shop
- Delivery
- 7 days
- Scope
- Fixed, in writing
- SMS and email ask sequence fired on job completion
- Direct-to-Google short link
The ask sequence
Every line is a deliverable, not a promise. If it is on this list it ships, and if it is not, it is outside the price.

Every job asks, automatically. No contract, cancel any time.
Negative experience routing
The clock starts when we have access, not when you pay.
We wire it to your jobs
The ask triggers on job completion from your CRM, or from a simple tech-side action if you do not run one.
The customer gets asked
SMS and email, direct link to your Google profile, two reminders, nothing pushy.
You watch velocity
A monthly report on requests sent, reviews landed and which technician generates the most.
What we never do
Every item below is part of the fixed price.
- Google Business Profile
- The listing that decides whether a contractor appears in the Map Pack. Its primary category and services list move rankings more than most on-site work.
- Map Pack
- The three local business results Google shows above the organic listings. Three slots, and they carry the majority of calls in home services.
What it costs
One price, agreed before we start, written into the service agreement.
One price agreed before we start. The full scope is written into the service agreement, so nothing gets added to the invoice later.

Before you ask
The questions contractors actually ask before buying this, answered straight, including the ones where the answer is no.
Do you filter out bad reviews?
No, and we will not. Gating reviews is an FTC problem and a Google policy problem. What we do is route a bad experience to the owner first so you get the chance to fix it before the customer decides to write anything.
What does this cost with the usual providers?
The default tool in home services runs $399 to $599 a month on a mandatory annual contract. This is $199 a month with no contract.
Will Google filter the reviews we generate?
Some get filtered, that is normal for every business. Reviews left from the customer's own device on their own account, spread naturally over time, survive at a much higher rate than a batch collected on a tablet in your office.
Can we incentivise customers with a discount?
No. It violates Google's policy and the FTC's rules on endorsements. We will not set it up.
What if we do not have a CRM?
Then the technician sends a one-tap trigger from their phone at the end of the job. It works, it just needs the habit.
How fast does velocity change?
Most contractors see the first reviews inside a week and reach steady velocity by month two, because the constraint was never willingness, it was that nobody was asking.
