Google Maps Spam Removal for HVAC Contractors
Someone is stealing your Map Pack slot
The Map Pack has three slots. In most US metros two to five of the top ten listings around your office break Google's rules: keyword-stuffed names, mailbox addresses, lead-gen pins. We build the evidence and file to remove them.
- Every violating listing documented with evidence, not just reported
- Business Redressal Complaint filed per listing, plus forum escalation
- 30-day report showing filings, removals and how the grid moved
- Delivery
- 30 days
- Scope
- Fixed, in writing
- Geo-grid scan of the target area
- Dossier per violating listing with evidence
What counts as map spam
Every line is a deliverable, not a promise. If it is on this list it ships, and if it is not, it is outside the price.
Keyword-stuffed business name
The listing reads “AC Repair Plano 24/7 Emergency HVAC” while the entity registered with the state is something else entirely. Provable in one lookup.
Virtual or CMRA address
A mailbox rented at a store, a suite number that resolves to a mail agency, or a house declared as a storefront with no signage at street level.
A pin in a city they do not serve
A company operating from one metro holding a map pin in yours, competing for your calls from an address that does not exist as a workplace.
Listings that resell your call
Profiles for businesses that never send a technician. They capture the call and sell it on, often to three contractors at once.
Redressal filings and escalation
The Map Pack has three slots, and in most US metros two to five of the top ten listings in the grid violate Google's guidelines. Removing them promotes the client without improving a single ranking signal. Fastest visible win in the catalogue and nobody sells it productised.
See what it costs

The same service area and the same 169 measured points in both panels. Left is a real scan from our rank tracker, anonymised. Right is the position the work aims at, shown on the same grid so the two are comparable. It is a target, not a client result.

We scan your grid, document every violation and file it. 30 days, honest reporting.
The evidence dossier
The clock starts when we have access, not when you pay.
Grid scan
We scan your target area and pull every competitor listing ranking above you.
Evidence dossier
Street View with no signage, CMRA address lookups, legal name checked against the Secretary of State, duplicate proof.
We file
A Business Redressal Complaint per listing, then escalation through the Google Business Profile Community with Product Experts.
30-day report
What was filed, what came down, and what happened to your position in the grid.
What we cannot promise
Every item below is part of the fixed price.
- Map Pack
- The three local business results Google shows above the organic listings. Three slots, and they carry the majority of calls in home services.
- Business Redressal Complaint
- Google's own form for reporting listings that breach its guidelines. It is the official channel, and it is what we file with the evidence attached.
- CMRA
- A Commercial Mail Receiving Agency: a mailbox rented at a store. Using one as a business address on Google is a guideline breach, and it is provable.
- Geo-grid scan
- A ranking measurement taken at many points across a service area rather than at a single location, because local rank changes with the searcher's position.
What it costs
One price, agreed before we start, written into the service agreement.
One price agreed before we start. The full scope is written into the service agreement, so nothing gets added to the invoice later.
- Geo-grid scan of the target area
- Dossier per violating listing with evidence
- Business Redressal Complaint Form filed per listing
- Escalation through the Google Business Profile Community with Product Experts
- 30-day report with filings
Before you ask
The questions contractors actually ask before buying this, answered straight, including the ones where the answer is no.
Can you guarantee the fake listings come down?
No, and anyone who does is lying. Google decides. What we guarantee is the work: every violating listing found, documented with evidence and formally filed, with an honest report of what came down and what did not.
What actually counts as spam?
Keyword-stuffed names when the registered entity is different, virtual and CMRA addresses, UPS Store mailboxes, homes declared as storefronts, pins in cities where the business does not operate, lead-generation listings that resell your call, and duplicates.
Could a competitor retaliate against us?
They can file against you, which is exactly why we check your own profile first. If your listing has any exposure we tell you before filing anything, and we fix it first.
Why not just outrank them instead?
You should do both. The difference is that removing a fake listing above you promotes you immediately, without improving a single ranking signal. Nothing else in this catalogue works that fast.
How many listings do you usually find?
In a mid-size metro, typically 3 to 8 in the top 20 of the grid. In heavily spammed markets like Phoenix, Houston and Las Vegas it is often more.
Is this against Google's terms?
The opposite. The Business Redressal Complaint Form is Google's own tool for exactly this, and Product Experts in the official forum handle escalations.
